Reiki Therapy for Optimal Well-Being

Reiki Therapy for Cancer, Reiki Therapy for Women, Medical Reiki

Reiki therapy is a form of energy facilitation that involves a practitioner by placing their hands near a person's body or implementing gentle touch to help balance and guide Ki/Qi/Chi or the flow of energy throughout the body.

Reiki has been known to promote relaxation and healing. Reiki is often used as a Complementary Alternative Therapy alongside traditional medical treatments, but it does not cure disease or medical conditions on its own.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy facilitation that originated in Japan in the early 20th century after it’s founder Dr. Mikao Usui went on a spiritual journey to find out how Christ Yeshua healed the sick.

The term "Reiki" combines two Japanese words: "Rei," meaning Universal, and "Ki," meaning life force energy. Practitioners believe that this life force energy flows through all living things and is vital for health and well-being.

The Reiki Process:

During a Reiki therapy session, a trained Practitioner, known as a Reiki Master, uses gentle touch or places their hands just above the client's body. The goal of the Practitioner is to channel universal life energy into the client to promote relaxation and balance by release unwanted emotions and energy blockages. A Reiki Session usually last between 60 to 90 minutes.

Benefits of Reiki Therapy

Scientific evidence supporting Reiki's effectiveness is limited, but many people report positive experiences and effects.

Potential benefits include the following: Reducing anxiety and stress, Easing discomfort and pain, Improving sleep quality, and Supporting emotional well-being.

Reiki is often used as a Complementary Therapy used alongside conventional medical treatments, particularly for cancer, or terminal illness, where it may help alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life.
